Hotel "Kotva" is located in the southern part of the complex. It is about 250 meters from the beach and approximately 3 km. from the center of Sunny beach (free transport).Nearby is located the town of Nessebar( about 800 meters).

Rooms

The hotel consists of two wings connected by a common reception area with spacious lobby. It has 400 double rooms and 80 apartments (consists of two double rooms, living room and bedroom with connecting door).There are 4 floors and elevators in each wing. Each room has a telephone with direct connection, satellite TV, mini bar, balcony and bathroom.

Aquapark

Interior yards are good for relaxation and entertainment. Three outdoor swimming pools are available to the guests(one has mini Olympic size, while the remaining two are type-mini aqua park).Swimming pools are with a different level of depth, comfortable for all ages. There is also a Large solar Terrace with sun beds and umbrellas available and free for all hotel guests.

Restaurants

The guests may use a safe(only by paying for it), a large main restaurant and an attractive a la cart restaurant, a bar with satellite television, pool bar, games room with billiards tables, electronic games and table tennis, Internet room, souvenir shop and a small supermarket, masseur and doctor's office, and also a well equipped gym, steam bath, sauna and parking.
